TERMS OF SERVICE
Payment: Payment will be made before the commission starts.
Adding a character to art will increase the commission value by 75%.
And if you choose the commission option with priority or secrecy of art, you will have a 50% increase in the commission value.
Changes: Artist will request review approvals for at least 2 instances of the work, specifically for the drawing and coloring (pre-rendering) phase. These revisions cannot lead to a reversal of already approved steps, nor drastically increase the amount of work planned for the committee. A limit of 2 changes is accepted during each of these phases.
Refund: Commissions are non-refundable after payment, unless the artist decides to cancel them, if the artist has not sent any updates on the progress of the commission for a period greater than 14 days, or if the artist is the only blamed for missing a rush order deadline. Only in these cases, the payment will be fully or partially refunded if the customer requests it.
Deadlines: Commissions after payment must be completed by both parties within 3 months.
Personal use: the customer has the right to use the commission for their personal use, including printing for personal display, wallpaper, posted as profile icons on websites / social networks, as long as they give due credit to the artist.
Artwork cannot be altered once completed by anyone other than the artist.
Private and Commercial Use: The artist reserves the right to transmit, use and publish the commission and works in progress on their social media, streaming platforms, banners, websites and portfolio, as well as retain the commission's commercial use licenses even that the customer gives up the commission.

TYPES OF PRIVATE AND COMMERCIAL USE LICENSES
Commercial use licenses transfer ownership of rights that are initially retained by the artist. The commercial use owner is still required to credit the artist when using or displaying the work. The holder of the commercial use license has the right to use the commission as a commodity to sell, promote, distribute, produce and for any other commercial purposes, as long as it does not imply product modification or negative impact on the artist. The resale or minting of works of art as NFT is not authorized under any circumstances.

Commercial Use License B (merchandise where artwork is not the primary focus: book cover, concept art, game assets) 2x
Commercial Use License C (merchandise where art is the main focus: key chains, cushion cover, t-shirt design) 3x
